The Evniki Visits The Port of Port Royal

The Evniki, a Maxi 72 Racing Sailboat made a visit to the Port of Port Royal. She is a 72′ long racing sailboat with a keel draft or approx. 24+’ and an ait draft of approx. 130′. This is a testament to the Port being the deepest natural channel on the Eastern Seaboard at 2.1 miles of ICW deep water with no air draft or tidal delays.

Welcome Home to Port Royal, SC.

Deep-Water Waterfront homes, townhomes, restaurants, hotels, mega-yacht marina, retail, businesses and more development opportunities await.

If you have dreamed a lifestyle with not just a view but a real connection to the water, we are pleased and humbled to orchestrate the re-development of this former shipping port recently acquired from the SC State Ports Authority. Waterfront homes, townhomes, restaurants, hotels, mega-yacht marina, retail, businesses and more await. Centered perfectly between New York and Key West just 27 miles up the coast from Savannah and 46 miles down from Charleston, Port Royal neighbors historic Beaufort and Hilton Head on the deepest natural channel on the eastern seaboard.

Marina bulkhead and dock accessible depths measure in excess of 25′ at low tide. No bridge or “no wake” zone impedes your direct access to the open Atlantic. Offering its own unique character and unmatched deepwater, Port Royal was first discovered and settled in 1562 by French explorer and adventurist Jean Ribuat. Our project stretches over 2 miles of shoreline and it’s potential is boundless. Don’t miss one of the last great waterfront opportunities as we re-introduce this genuinely charming and captivating seaside village. Come discover Port Royal.
