WE ARE UNDERWAY!

Our 240* slip dry stack boat storage is poised for a March 2018 opening.  Our first restaurant is scheduled to open before July 4, 2018.

Our 240* slip dry stack boat storage is poised for a March 2018 opening.  Our first restaurant is scheduled to open before July 4, 2018. Butler Marine is operating the dry stack and reservations are filling up quickly.  Not surprising as this dry stack storage is the only such facility north of the Broad River and south of Charleston, SC.  Butler Marine is a local business offering vast experience and full service  Its owner Chris Butler is also a partner in the entire development.  From boat sales featuring Key West, Everglades, and WorldCat to mechanical service focusing on Yamaha engine service and sales, Butler Marine is a dedicated business and partner that exemplifies what this project is all about.

Our project’s first restaurant is scheduled to open this summer and we could not be happier with our partner.  Fish Camp at the Port is well underway and its owner-operator is Coastal Restaurants and Bars (CRAB) run by the Reilley Family of Hilton Head.  A multi-restaurant owner-operator successful in the business for over 45 years, CRAB and the Reilley’s are the perfect fit for our first restaurant in the project.  A local business dedicated to serving fresh local farm and sea to table cuisine.  If well prepared local food from dedicated chefs is not enough, the setting can’t hurt.  Fish Camp’s incredible sunset view over Battery Creek is only interrupted by the shrimp boats docking directly in front.  Bringing in fresh local shrimp and fish from the most legendary waters in the United States.  We are thrilled to have Fish Camp as our friends and partners in kicking off our new signature culinary location, Port Royal, SC.

Residential home sites are very soon to hit the market.  These sites are stunning but limited.  The neighborhood soon to be known as Harrison Bluff features epic Lowcountry sunset views over deepwater off an incredible 25′ bluff.  It’s hard to exaggerate.  Current plans have limited these sites to about 80 or so down from previous plans that called for over twice that amount on the same piece.  We have a sincere desire to preserve the beauty, protect all the Live Oaks, and offer open spaces for all to enjoy.  Many lots will feature private docks and private community deepwater slips capable of handling boats up to 75′ or more. This neighborhood will be special while staying true to peaceful SC coastal shrimping villages like McClellanville and Rockville.

Another residential homesite offering coming soon to Port Royal features a beachfront experience and expansive views.  Situated at Port Royal’s own Sands Beach, these sites have a distinct feel and 320degree views of the beach, pristine private marsh and the Port Royal Sound.  In the same spirit of preservation, we anticipate less than 20 of these very special sites to be made available. Expect a relaxing beach lifestyle with prevailing breezes off the Sound, and a home poised to offer some of the best screened-in porches and decks in the Lowcountry.

A little further down the line, we will offer a variety of townhouses, condos, and apartments.  Each offering their own unique style and adaptations yet, all offering full service “lock & leave” as well as short-term rental management for those who choose.

Our earliest availability looks to be situated near the shrimp docks and Harrison Bluff.  A gated townhome community is planned taking full advantage the high bluff, sunset views and dock accessible deepwater.  Expect early reservation availability in the Fall of 2018.

On the business end, we have two or three bar/restaurant locations available in the near term as well as a few very special innovative office space opportunities that are sure to inspire creativity in an atmosphere easy to attract talented employees.  We also have an exciting and financially accessible craft beer, micro-brew and tap room availability that is positioned not only for unmatchable fun but also profitable return.
